Server install CD

The server install CD allows you to install Ubuntu permanently on a computer for use as a server. It will not install a graphical user interface.

There are two images available, each for a different type of computer:

PC (Intel x86) server install CD
For almost all PCs. This includes most machines with Intel/AMD/etc type processors and almost all computers that run Microsoft Windows, as well as newer Apple Macintosh systems based on Intel processors. Choose this if you are at all unsure.
64-bit PC (AMD64) server install CD
Choose this to take full advantage of computers based on the AMD64 or EM64T architecture (e.g., Athlon64, Opteron, EM64T Xeon, Core 2). If you have a non-64-bit processor made by AMD, or if you need full support for 32-bit code, use the Intel x86 images instead.

Buat yang Sering Jual-Beli Barang Online, Wajib MASUK!

*Sebelumnya.. Maap kalo ane posting di Lounge, soalnya di sini yang paling rame, butuh exposure buat nyebarin info ini : )

Buat agan / aganwati yang sering jual-beli online, khususnya via forum kaskus : D, tentunya bakal familiar banget sama yang namanya Ongkos Kirim & juga Tracking paket pake nomer RESI / AWB.

Masalah:
  1. Buat para seller di FJB, kayaknya bakalan kelimpungan kalo pas ada calon pembeli yang nanyain harga + ongkos kirim, tapi website kurir bersangkutan lagi down.
  2. Kalo seller lagi mobile (gak ada akses ke PC), bakal kesulitan cek ongkir / tracking, soalnya website kurirnya berat buat di buka di HP.
  3. Seller mau cari alternatif ongkos kirim paling murah buat buyer, tapi kudu buka situs2 kurir satu-persatu.. Makan waktu..
  4. Buyer yang penasaran sama keberadaan kirimannya & juga lagi mobile, juga susah buat periksa status paketnya (mirip masalah no. 2).

Masalah itulah yang memotivasi ane untuk bikin sebuah tool gratisan, yang bisa dipake buat cek ongkos kirim dan tracking paket kiriman dari berbagai macem kurir.

Tool ini dikembangin untuk ngebantu seller / buyer online buat periksa ongkos kirim atopun lacak status kiriman barang. Harapan ane kalo tool ini bisa dimanfaatin secara maksimal buat ningkatin kenyamanan bertransaksi jual-beli online : )

Alhamdulillah, tool periksa ongkir yang ane kasih nama Ongkir.Info ini sekarang udah fungsional, tapi masih sebatas 3 kurir (JNE, Pos Indonesia, JBS Express). Kedepannya InsyaAllah akan ditambahin kurir-kurir lain yang sering dipake untuk kirim2 barang : )
